Work/Life Balance…Can it still exist?
In March of 2020, millions of employees across the US started working from home or lost their jobs and “work/life balance” became “work/home/life imbalance.” While the flexibility of working from home is a nice benefit, there are some negative side effects to our “new normal.” If employers do not continue to encourage and modify their definition of work/life balance, they will see a decrease in productivity and an increase in employee burnout.
After this session you will be learn how to encourage work/life balance, as well as set expectations with employees to ensure they know how to deal with stress during these times. You will also be given action items that you can implement immediately to help counteract any sparking employee burnout.
