The recently passed Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 will amend key provisions of the Paycheck Protection Program related to PPP Loan Forgiveness and supersede some of the rules and guidelines that were put in place following the CARES Act. This session will go over the changes and new exceptions allowed under the law.
