- Withholding – Withholding account number and Deposit Frequency. If you’re unsure of your deposit frequency or account number you can call the agency at 801-297-2200.
Register a new company
Employers can register for both agencies online at https://secure.utah.gov/account/login.html. Select the New Account link and follow the prompts to register your business. Once completed you will receive a temporary account number. Please do not provide this as you will receive your permanent number, deposit frequency, and rate within 2 weeks.

Add to existing company setup
- Unemployment – Account Number and Tax rate. This can be found on a Tax Rate Notice or the Quarterly contribution report. If you’re unsure of your tax rate or account number, you can call the agency at 801-526-9235.
- Power of Attorney- POA is required, please obtain the prefilled form from your client service representative.
